As humans, we will all experience some sort of emotional trauma.

 

Emotional trauma isn't something that has to be linked one specific event. Emotional trauma can be multiple micro-traumas that have accumulated over years, that can amount to the same as one macro emotional trauma.

 

It is generally understood that emotional trauma can be stored in our physical body. Especially when the emotional trauma is so upsetting that we subconsciously bury them as a self-preservation mechanism. Burying emotional traumas can be done either consciously (suppressed trauma) or subconsciously (repressed trauma). 

 

Physical manifestations of trauma exist in our bodies, even when we may not be consciously thinking about the actual trauma. Emotional trauma then essentially becomes ‘stuck’ energy within our bodies.

 

Emotional trauma isn’t simply “in your mind”. It leaves a genuine, actual engraving on your physical body and untreated past or present emotional trauma can immensely affect your future wellbeing.

The 2 hour Emotional Trauma Release session involves 1 hour of Reiki, whereby a Vagus Nerve stimulation and an in-depth Psychic Surgery process is utilised to remove trauma spots located within your body. Upon booking your session I will send you an email to request a photo of you that I will use to connect to you with and ask you what your focus is for your session. Instructions will also be provided to you on what to do from your end, to prepare for your Distant session.

 

I will call you after the session for a debrief to discuss what insights and psychic messages came through for you. I will also conduct a mini reading for you. You will then receive a comprehensive PDF report via email, which contains a full debrief of your Reiki session experience. Included in this session you also receive a journal which will be emailed to you after your session.
