There are many signs that your inner child may be wounded. Truthfully, all of us, no matter how small or insignificant, have wounds from our childhood that need addressing.

 

Your inner child is not a “childlike personality.” Rather, it’s the part of your subconscious mind that experienced and still remembers your childhood moments and emotions, both good and bad. It includes what you learnt as a child and what experiences you went through. The inner child is often conceived as a semi-independent subpersonality subordinate to the waking conscious mind. Releasing past hurts and pains of childhood wounds can help your present self to begin to thrive in areas of self-love, forgiveness, and compassion. 

 

These are some signs that you may have a wounded inner child:

· You feel that there is something wrong with you, in the deepest parts of yourself.

· You experience anxiety when going out of your comfort zone.

· You’re a people-pleaser.

· You don’t have a strong sense of identity.

· You deliberately like being in conflict with people around you.

· You’re a hoarder of things, emotions, people, and you have a hard time letting go.

· You feel inadequate.

· You constantly criticize yourself for your supposed inadequacy.

· You’re unforgiving to yourself, rigid and a perfectionist.

· You have a hard time committing and trusting.

· You have deep abandonment issues and cling to relationships, even when they are toxic.

 

The 1 hour Inner Child session healing involves a higher dimensional realm healing. Upon booking your session I will send you an email to request a photo of you that I will use to connect to you with and ask you what your focus is for your session. Instructions will also be provided to you on what to do from your end, to prepare for your Distant session.

I will call you after the session for a debrief to discuss what insights and psychic messages came through for you. I will also conduct a mini reading for you. You will then receive a comprehensive PDF report via email, which contains a full debrief of your Reiki session experience. You will also receive a journal for you to complete, to assist with tracking your own personal progress.
