Everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves. Frequency balancing brings the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. Frequencies are used to determine and differentiate vibrational patterns. So, an atom that is vibrating at a faster rate would be considered a higher frequency than one that is vibrating at a much slower rate. Humans have an optimal frequency, as does everything in the universe, that occurs when each of the cells in our body vibrates at the frequency it was designed to. 

 

Bacteria, viruses and disease each have their own low frequency that influences our energy field. As our frequency levels drops due to environmental and physiological factors, our immune system is compromised and opportunistic bacteria and viruses are able to wreak havoc on our body, make us more susceptible to disease. 

 

Trapped emotions stored in our organs, muscles and tissues as pockets of electromagnetic energy also have a negative influence on our wellbeing. Disharmony and imbalance in the body’s energy field shows up long before it becomes a physical problem. Ideally, we want to be a high vibrational being to attain peak health and wellness for mind, body and soul. 

 

Within our body, we have 7 main energy centers called chakras. Our chakras also have their own optimum frequency level, as does every organ in our body. Everything that we come into contact with, ingest, listen to and think about, has their own vibrational frequency that has an affect on our own energy field.

The 1 hour Frequency Balancing session incorporates 30 minutes of Frequency Balancing which is directed on your whole chakra system and any other specific areas that require attention. Upon booking your session I will send you an email to request a photo of you that I will use to connect to you with and ask you what your focus is for your session. Instructions will also be provided to you on what to do from your end, to prepare for your Distant session.

 

I will call you after the session for a debrief to discuss what insights and psychic messages came through for you. I will also conduct a mini reading for you. You will then receive a comprehensive PDF report via email, which contains a full debrief of your Reiki session experience.
