Energetic Adjustment is a full body therapy which incorporates the mind & spirit to adjust the energetic framework of the physical body, that holds us back from optimal health. 

 

Structural imbalances can be responsible for our painful symptoms throughout the physical body & can cause varying degrees of limitations and dysfunctions.

 

Energetic Adjustment works by focusing on your physical body’s structure with the ultimate goal of restoring balance, strength & function in your body.

 

The 1 hour Energetic Adjustment session involves an energetic adjustment of your skeletal and supporting muscular framework to help remove blockages that prevents energy from flowing freely.

 

No manual manipulation is undertaken. Upon booking your session I will send you an email to request a photo of you that I will use to connect to you with and ask you what your focus is for your session. Instructions will also be provided to you on what to do from your end, to prepare for your Distant session.

 

I will call you after the session for a debrief to discuss what insights and psychic messages came through for you. I will also conduct a mini reading for you. You will then receive a comprehensive PDF report via email, which contains a full debrief of your Reiki session experience.
