Calm Mind is a beautiful blend of pure essential oils which may help to promote relaxation and reduce anxiety. 

Sweet Orange has uplifting and calming properties. With a zesty and refreshing scent, it may help to boost your mood and encourage relaxation. Sweet Orange may also used to assist with depression and stress. 

Rose may increase feelings of calm and relaxation, as well as a greater decrease in breathing rate and blood pressure. Rose may help to alleviate anxiety, and improve sleep quality. 

Ylang-Ylang is a mild sedative which may help to calm the nervous system. Ylang-Ylang may promote relaxation, assists with anxiety, and lower the body’s stress response by reducing the heart rate and blood pressure.

Lavender may assist with reducing blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. Lavender is thought to calm anxiety by impacting the limbic system, the part of the brain that controls emotions. 

Fluorite and Aquamarine are a special combination of stones which may assist in relieving stress, anger, and tension.
